Wayne and Shannon have a passion for families and children. Together, with Shannon's parents they started Hope Blooms August 15th, 2008 to help families thrive, and get children into good, stable, caring homes.
Currently Wayne works as an EMT with Allina Medical Service, in Wright County. On his days off you will find Wayne working for Clear Lake Volunteer Fire Department, working around the "farm" & spending time with his family.
Shannon has been a stay at home mom, before being called to begin Hope Blooms. She has always had a passion for children and families.
Wayne and Shannon have 5 children, Tyler 20, Brendan 19, Jenna 17, Noah 15, Lauren 12, and are eagerly awaiting adding another 15 year old girl to the mix, hopefully by Christmas! Contact Shannon at Shannon@hopebloomsmn.org

Meranda has a degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations.  She has assisted Shannon with Hope Blooms since 2009.  Meranda's married to Adam and has two beautiful children: Blake and Piper. They make their home in Big Lake, MN even though they travel to South Dakota and North Dakota to visit family as much as possible.
Meranda loves to travel, a good motivational book and spending time out with friends and family.  She never seems to tire of organizing and marketing either.

Kelly Broughton is a graduate from the College of Saint Benedict in May of 2011.  She graduated with a BA degree in social work, with a minor in Spanish.  Kelly has had a heart for missions since she was an adolescent.  Finally in the summer of 2009 she visited Africa for the first time, traveling to Rwanda.  While in Rwanda she knew God was calling her to Africa.  Kelly has since responded to that call and has set up Alabaster Women's Ministries in Uganda.  She joined the Hope Blooms Inc. team in June of 2011 as the director and founder of Alabaster Women's Ministries.  She will be returning to Uganda fall of 2011 to continue the work with women and girls of all ages and stages.  While not doing ministry Kelly enjoys riding horse, showing dogs, beading, reading, spending time with family and friends and lots of Facebook.  Please consider supporting Kelly in her work serving the women and girls of Uganda.  Kelly can be contacted at kelly@hopebloomsmn.org and (320) 290-8874.          

Ivan has served in different ministries as a youth leader, evangelist and missionary; he currently studying for a BA Degree in Public Relations and Media Management from Cavendish University, Uganda. He has also attained a course in leadership and community service from ‘The Jesus World Outreach Centre, Nairobi-Kenya’.  Ivan's desire for ministry grew out of his belief that  whenever someone does something good for us, we have to give back to someone else who needs the help. For this reason he started Pamoja Uganda to compassionately reach out to those who are suffering and living in pain.  Ivan has been and will continue to assist Kelly with Alabaster Women's Ministries.  Pamoja Uganda and Alabaster Women's Ministries have joined together to serve the hurting in Uganda.  Ivan can be contacted at ivan.woods1@gmail.com or +256 778938495.  www.pamojaug.webs.com
